This site is located in the I-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.30). Utility Distribution System is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5). 1. This comment was not addressed. The wall elevations still show height dimension exceeded 12’-0” high measured from “FINISHED GRADE ELEVATION, SEE CIVIL”, and the development package has not be revised. Development package (DP) DP22-0160 shows the wall as 12’ and the submitted plans appears to show a height greater than 12’. Provide a height dimension from design grade to the top of wall.
