This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Provide a Site Plan, Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines supporting the alterations, 2018 IBC 107.1. Show the utility lines requiring upgrade or replacement. Show the location of all new work. 3. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 4. Provide an electrical riser diagram, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). 5. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. |
