Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development (DP) TD-DEV-0923-00388 and although it appears the plans match until the DP is reviewed and approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this building plan set. 2. The DP sheets provided within the building set either need to be the stamped approved DP set, or marked for reference only, or removed from the building plan set. 3.
