This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Provide Service Surge Protection per NEC 230.67(D). All downstream dwelling units require surge protection when replacing the service equipment. 3. Provide an electrical riser diagram, NEC 230.9. Include underground service entrance conductors/conduit. a. Show each meter and address/unit associated with each meter. b. Show bus bar or equipment rating and AIC ratings of the new equipment. c. Provide sizing and other info as needed to verify code compliance. 4. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2017 NEC 110.24. 5. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2017 NEC 110.10. 6.
