1. Provide an electrical riser diagram, NEC 230.9. Include underground service entrance conductors/conduit.
a. Show each meter and address/unit associated with each meter.
b. Provide a line diagram showing the new equipment being added or modified, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1.
c. Show bus bar or equipment rating and AIC ratings of the new equipment.
d. Highlight the parts, conductors, equipment, etc, being repaired. Provide sizing and other info as needed to verify code compliance.
2. The addition of an additional meter will require additional information.
Demonstrate compliance with NEC 230.2 (Number of Services). May require written consent from the Building Official through appeal.
3. Provide an electrical panel schedule and clarify if this building was fed from a separate existing meter and now will have its own independent meter/service. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1.
4. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40.
5. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
