Documents shall be prepared, signed, and sealed by design professionals registered to practice in the State of Arizona, as required. Complete Code Analysis Provide a complete code analysis for the proposed building use, including, but not limited to: Construction type Occupancy classification Sprinkler status — Yes/No Occupant load Building and/or tenant square footage Applicable code editions Applicable height and area limitations 3. Complete Site Plan Provide a complete, dimensioned site plan identifying all existing and proposed structures, property lines, building setbacks, fire separation distances, accessible routes, site access, and other information applicable to the proposed work. 4. Complete Floor Plan Provide a complete, dimensioned floor plan showing: All rooms and spaces and their proposed uses Dimensions Door locations, sizes, and swings Occupancy classifications Occupant load for each space Required occupant load factors Accessible features and routes All proposed construction and alterations 5. Egress, Occupant Load, and Plumbing Fixture Information Provide a complete egress plan identifying the following: Occupancy classification Occupant load for each space and the total occupant load Required number and width of exits Exit access and exit travel paths Required exit separation Egress door widths and hardware, as applicable Required plumbing fixtures based on the proposed occupancy and occupant load References: 2024 IBC Sections 302.1, 1004, and 2902.1. 6. New Construction If new construction has occurred or is proposed, provide complete construction documents meeting the City of Tucson Commercial Submittal Requirements, including all applicable architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, accessibility, energy, and life-safety information.
