Provide referenced wall section graphically illustrating the wall assembly and top and bottom connections. IBC 107.2.1 4. Please review the stated project valuation of $1500.00. Based on the adopted fee schedule, the project square footage, and classification as a Level 2 alteration area less than 50% of the building), the value derived from the default calculation is much higher than what was specified on the permit application. Please provide a copy of the construction contract or detailed estimates to verify the project valuation. If additional information is not provided, the permit fees will be assessed based on the calculated valuation in accordance with IBC 109.3 and the adopted fee schedule. %. Please amend the plans to provide the following Tucson Code Section 7-137 requirements. (1) A readable sign shall be permanently attached and posted at the main entrance identifying the establishment as a massage establishment. The sign shall not be smaller than three (3) inches by five (5) inches and be of a durable material. (6) Closed cabinets shall be provided, and used, for the storage of clean linens. There does not appear to be a return register in Massage Room #1, and the hallway is being utilized as the return-air path for this room. Per Section 601.2, corridors shall not be used as return-air ducts. Section 7-137(3) also requires rooms in massage establishments to have a window that opens and/or a supply and return register.
