COMMENT: Provide a detailed site plan for each intersection (each set of walls). a) Include accurate adjacent parcel lines and road information at each intersection. b) Locate the walls as intended as it relates to surrounding parcel lot lines and street right of ways. c) Include any proposed sidewalks, utilities, landscaping. d) Dimension the proposed walls and distances from all property lines and right of way lines. e) Demonstrate how the wall locations will not impede on the vision clearance triangle at each location via TSM 10-01.5.0 SIGHT VISIBILITY https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-12455 f) If the intent is to include signage as part of this design, a separate permit will be required.
