Accessible Seating: Revise the plans to provide accessible dining surfaces for at least 5 percent, but not less than one, of the dining surfaces. Accessible seating shall be distributed throughout the facility and located on a level served by an accessible route. IBC 1109.2.9.1 3. Sales and Service Counters: Revise the plans to provide at least one accessible counter of each type provided for the sale or distribution of goods or services. Indicate whether a parallel or forward approach is provided and show the required accessible counter height and length. IBC 1110.16.2; 2017 ICC A117.1 Sections 904.3.2 and 904.3.3 4. Turning Space: Revise the plans to provide a 67-inch turning space in lieu of the 60-inch turning space shown. 2017 ICC A117.1 Section 304.3.1.1 5.
