This proposal affects parking area and parking requirement calculations. A Development Package (DP) is required for the project. The DP content details may be found in Administrative Manual Section 2-06. The Development Package is a separate submission and must be approved by all reviewers prior to the approval of this commercial permit. 2. Show maneuverability dimensions for gates in compliance with ADA Maneuvering Clearances described in chapter 4, Sec 404.2.4 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 3. Demonstrate that the new fences, canopies, and basketball area do not impede vehicle maneuverability. Provide dimensions for Parking Area Access Lanes (PAAL’s). 4. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on the content of files submitted for subsequent review cycles. Once the associated development package is approved by all reviewers, please submit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter stating how each resubmittal comment has been addressed.
