1. Metal Stud to Concrete Connection
Please provide the fastening method and details for connecting the metal stud wall to the existing concrete, including fastener type, size, spacing, and required edge distances. IBC 107.2.1; 2210.1.1.
2. Thin Brick Veneer – Evaluation Report
Please provide the applicable ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ESR) number for the proposed adhered thin brick veneer and identify the approved installation system. IBC 1404.10; 1404.10.1; 107.2.1.
3. Water-Resistive Barrier
Please identify the water-resistive barrier (WRB) behind the adhered thin brick veneer and provide the applicable product information. IBC 1403.2; 1404.10.1.1.
4. Flashing/Screed
Please provide details indicating the required corrosion-resistant flashing/screed at the base of the adhered masonry veneer, including its termination and integration with the WRB. IBC 1404.4; 1404.11.1.2.1
A. On exterior stud walls, adhered masonry veneer shall be installed not less than 4 inches above the earth, or not less than 2 inches above paved areas, or not less than 1/2 inch above exterior walking surfaces that are supported by the same foundation that supports the exterior wall. 1404.11.1.3 Clearances.
5. Adhered Veneer Installation Details
Please provide complete installation details for the adhered thin brick veneer, including the substrate, mortar/adhesive, lath and scratch coat where applicable, and attachment method. IBC 1404.10; manufacturer’s installation instructions.

3. Provide an electrical panel schedule and designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1.
4. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
08/25/2026 Fire New Construction Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT -Please update your code analysis. You currently show two exits provided. Are you providing two exits or three? Please explain your exiting intentions of the south door.
-Provide more detail on your locking mechanism on the south door. Are you controlling egress? Will this be a delayed egress locking system or controlled egress? Provide which type of exiting you will comply with. Either comply with 1010.2.10, 10102.11 or 1010.2.12 of the IFC. Clearly state on the drawings, which code you will comply with.
-Exits shall be not less than one half of the length of the maximum overall diagonal dimension of the building or area served (non-sprinklered). IFC 1007.1.1
