A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor's License for the applicable scope of work is required. -The contractor must have a TDC Online account and be added to the permit as a contact. -The contractor must also be listed as a contractor when added as a contact Prior to Issuance - Special Inspections - Separate submittal to PC Industrial Wastewater Control is required for new interceptors and separators.
