Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please amend the occupant load factors to match the values in IBC Table 1004.5 of 20 SF per person for the E occupancies. A. Alternatively, the occupant load can be increased as long as a furniture/ seating diagram is provided and is showing aisle width. Please be sure to include the teacher and their desks. The diagram will be used to confirm that all occupants have access to an exit, and the exits provide sufficient capacity for all occupants. IBC 1004.5.1 Further, if the increased occupancy is used and approved, the diagram shall be posted in each classroom. 2. Please clarify what the gross area of Existing Building #1 is including, and why is it included on these plans. IBC 107.2.1 3.
