A. Complete Code analysis for the proposed use of the building
B. Complete site plan
C. Complete floor plan
D. Complete egress plan
F. General Project information including address, location map and square footage. A complete
Code Analysis should also be present detailing the type of construction, occupancy
classification(s), occupancy loads, exiting requirements, fire sprinklers and fire alarms. Cover
sheet must include a legend of symbols and abbreviations used throughout the plan set

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O

1. Zoning was not able to find an existing food service C of O for 1909 E. Grant Rd As it appears this is a change of use, either 1) Provide an approved food service C of O for this address or provide a vehicle parking space calculation for the entire strip center that clearly demonstrates that the vehicle parking requirements are met.
