Comment: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15).

1. Comment: The proposed pedestal mounted EV charging stations cannot be located within the minimum required parking space (8 ½’ x 18’). Either demonstrate the minimum parking space size is met or relocate your pedestals to meet the minimum requirements. A development package may be required depending on the updated pedestal location.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
