IEBC 2018 Sec. 305.8.10] {Based on previous email correspondence with the applicant and the City, an appeal will need to be applied for each time a permit is submitted to use the first floor as the accessible bathroom for each permit to remodel the bathrooms in this building that do not meet accessibility requirements.} STRUCTURAL COMMENTS There are no comments.
