For example, “Residents Lounge”, add below it: 1. 600 sf 2. 15 sf per person 3. 40 occupants d. Please do the same with “Laundry” as A-3. e. B for the Office f. S for the storage g. NOTE: add the occupant load then round up only on this final total row 2. Item 7 Sheet TS1 a. Update to reflect the accurate occupant load calculation from item #1 above. 3. Item 9 Sheet TS1 a. Plumbing Fixtures i. Correct to reflect item #1 above. 4. Detail 10 Sill Plate at Grade Sheet A4 a. Correct 4 inches from weep screed to finish grade (your drawing show it to the top of concrete footing. 5. Weep Screed at covered patio. a. Please provide a detail drawing where patio meets the stucco wall. b. Is a concrete curve proposed at this location to comply with the building code, weep screed 2 inches to the hardscape below. 6.
