Comment: Multifamily Residential is not a permitted use in the R-1 zone (refer to the use table). It is unclear whether the proposed development qualifies as a legal nonconforming use and if it complies with UDC 9.2.2, Expansion of a Nonconforming Use. Please submit an application for a Zoning Compliance Letter to confirm whether the proposed development is permitted. 2. Comment: As the proposed project is an expansion of a Multifamily site a development package is required, UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 may be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
