TC-COM-0825-01464 PROJECT: FALCON POINT HOA POOL (SEMI PUBLIC) ADDRESS/PARCEL: 9940 E WATSON DR/ 136-41-7250 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Plan set is missing the APN Number (Parcel ID#), please include that on your cover sheet at next submittal. 2. All plans need to be stamped by AMTECH, commercial plans require more than just standard engineering and letter from Engineering Companies. 3. On your site plan, please label all existing buildings and ramada(s). 4. Based on aerial imagery, there has been significant demolition to the pool prior to submittal of permits – were there previous permits for said demolition work. 5. Provide the full scope of work on the cover sheet. 6. What exactly is going on with the pool itself? 7. Submit cut sheets on all new and existing equipment, tile, handrails, etc 8. Missing all cross sections of the pool/spa/wading pool. 9. Please reach out to Matthew Carlton at the below email to schedule a time to call or meet in person to discuss this submittal. Commercial submittals are much much more involved than residential submittals. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
