The site is in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Food Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4-8-4). 1. Based on plans available online there has been a reconfiguration of the vehicle use area. Either provide a copy of an approved site plan that matches the configuration of the site plan provided in this plan set or a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
