The landing shall have a width not less than the width of the stairway or the door, whichever is greater and the same elevation as the interior floor. IBC 1010.1.5 & 1010.1.6 2. Please indicate the width of the T1-11 and verify the nail size and spacing in the field as they do not appear to agree with table IBC Table 2304.6.1 and calculations were not provided. 3. Please provide landing for permit TC-COM-0525-01048 as it was approved in error and this will be addressed either on the next review or in the field. (2) Please provide a project narrative based on UDC Section 5.8.9 (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/checklist_for_historic_design_review_-_general.pdf). Provide 2-3 sentences on each item. If the item does not apply, note as such. (3) Revise the plan to include a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it.
