Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in O-3 Zone (UDC 4.7.15). Multifamily is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-3).

1. Clearly demonstrate that the EV station do not reduce the vehicle parking space length to less than 18’-0”.

2. It appears that the electrical service entrance equipment & panel is eliminating a vehicle parking space. If a space is eliminated either provide the last approve site plan that demonstrates that there is at least one (1) additional parking space on site or provide a vehicle parking space calculation that demonstrates that there are sufficient parking on site.
