Permits are not required if the repairs is for like for like, however, the address on your application falls under a Historic District and will require a Zoning review. If it's a like for like replacement without any structural changes/repairs, a registrant stamp is not required, but a site plan indicating the location and extent of the work is. You will need to indicate this on the site plan. Please include roofing type and color to expedite the review.
