Resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). Food Service, Excluding Soup Kitchens is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-3).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0324-00079 and although for the most part the plans match the following comment shall be addressed. Zoning cannot approve this building plan until the DP is approved by all review agencies.

2. Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a wall height measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A, top of parapet. The development package shows the two-story height at 24’ and the building plan shows it at 24’-6”
