This site is located in I-1 Zone (UDC 4.7.29), Commercial Storage use is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.A and 4.9.13.Q.

1. Comment: As of 12/10/24, the development package (TD-DEV-0724-00210) has not been approved. Site zoning has done a cursory review of the building plans. At this time, zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved and in compliance with the approved DP.
2. Comment: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to verify compliance with the approved development package. Please ensure the site plan in the building permit matches the site plan from the approved development package.
3. Comment: Please reference the DP and demo case numbers next to the title block associated with this project (TD-DEV-0724-00210 and TC-DMO-0824-00180).
4. Comment: Please remove and do not include bubble clouds on corrections made to the current building plan documents under review. (Revision clouds should only be included on approved plans that are in for a revision.)
5. Comment: Please include a comment response narrative stating how all zoning review comments have been addressed.
