Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. 1. Please provide the structural calculations, prepared and sealed by an Arizona licensed registrant, used to design the carport shade structures. IBC 107.3.7 2. Each carport shade structure will be permitted separately. Please contact Doris Benoit 520.633.9084, when resubmitting. We will use the first permit for each type as the master plan for that type. It will contain the construction documents. For example, we will have three permits containing master plans, one for the (6) 4-Bay carports, one for the (10) 6-Bay carports, and one for the (4) 8-Bay carports. For improved efficiency we will review and approve the master plans for each different style. Then we will copy those permits for each additional type of carport for each style. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. Provide a copy of the approved development package sheet that clearly shows where the proposed shade structure is located. This sheet shall be the stamped approved sheet.
