IBC 105.3 Additionally, please include verbiage indicating this permit scope only includes roof framing, structural improvements, patching and reroofing existing RTU location, etc. The relocation of the RTU and resultant mechanical system modifications, will be by separate permit. IBC 107.2.1 3. Please amend plans to provide the method and materials used to patch existing abandoned roof opening. IBC 107.2.1 Additionally, provide framing and attachment details for RTU curb. 4. Please amend plans to specify the roofing system to be used along with details of the roofing system at the RTU curb. IBC 107.2.1 5. Please provide calculations used to design new roof opening and structural support for new RTU location to include the weight of the RTU.
