Please address the electrical plan review comments and provide a written response.

1. Ref; Electrical Line Diagram and associated notes.

1a. The Line Diagram notes call for panels' ‘G’,’H’, and ‘J’ to be fed with a 100A/1P Circuit Breaker and feeder conductor sizes called out as 3#4 AL or 3# 6Cu with #8 ground in new 1-½ “conduit or equivalent SER cable. These feeders are undersized for the OCPD’s protecting them, NEC 310.15(B)(16) Table, 75c column. Please clarify and revise the plans accordingly.

1b. The Line Diagram notes call for the existing panels’ ‘L’ and ‘K’ to be fed with 50A/2P Circuit Breakers as Previously. The ‘TYPICAL TENANT PANEL’ load calculations show a total load of 66 amps. How does this work fed by a 50A/2P Circuit Breaker with a load greater than the rating of the 50A OCPD.. Please clarify. Revise the load calculations as necessary.

2. Provide GFI protected exterior receptacles for each unit as required per NEC art 210.52(E).

3. Provide combination smoke detectors as required per 2018 IBC section 907.2.10.
