1. You are showing the path of egress against the new fire wall where an Assembly space with 22 occupants is located. However, the Floor Plan on Sheet A101 has this note: "DEMO EXISTING PARTITION TO EXTENT REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT FIRE WALL. RECONSTRUCT DEMOLISHED PARTITION WITH LIKE CONSTRUCTION UPON COMPLETION OF FIRE WALL." That path as a result will be closed. Please correct this condition.
2. The Corridor in front of that Assembly space seems to have a dead end corridor condition. If it is not a dead end corridor, door should swing in the direction of travel -or- is this door necessary, is it better to eliminate door?
3. Assuming that this is an existing business entity expanding into the adjacent space, a new certificate of occupancy should be processed to reflect the new bigger space. Do you want the city to process a new c of o. If you do, please complete your Code Analysis to include the minimum plumbing requirement calculation/restroom layout, what type of business is it. Is it professional services, clinic, educational, training & skills development, etc.
4. We don’t see that the Assessor has made a note documenting the receipt of a consolidation request. We also do not see the subdividing documentation of the south property. If this was done please submit a copy of the Recorder Office's receipt of consolidation as well as the approved/recorded revised survey drawing reflecting the new configuration of the land.
