NO FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING ALLOWED.” The hand sink in the corner of the kitchen is not connected to the grease interceptor. If connecting the sink to the grease trap, please revise the fixture calculations for the grease trap and revise all applicable sheets. (2018 IPC amended section 1003.3) 5) Sheets P101 and P103 (Plumbing Details and Drawings): Hydromechanical grease interceptors are only allowed when there are 4 or fewer fixtures.
