Occupancies having dwelling units or sleeping units shall be provided with accessible features. IBC 1107 & Table 1107.6.1.1 and ICC ANSI A117.1 Chapter 11 (Consult IEBC 305.8.6) Comply to the Type A unit and Type B unit requirement. This includes items such as structural backer in walls for grab bars, clear door opening for wheelchair, counter height, etc. Please correct your drawings to reflect this requirement. 2. Accessible parking required, includes sign on post and striped accessible route. IBC 1106 & Table 1106.1 Show this on a site plan drawing.
