Third plumbing review: OK Subject to Field Inspections

Resolved-1). plan set missing site utility piping plan pages C4.1, C4.2, C4.3 -IPC 106.3.1

Resolved-2). Plan set missing 11 of the 14 plumbing pages shown on plan page T1.0 -IPC 106.3.1

Resolved-3). Oil interceptor on plan pages P1.0 & P1.1 needs to be vented -IPC 1003.9

Resolved-4). Commercial Washing machine needs lint interceptor on plan page P1.1 -IPC 1003.6

5). Resolved-The 2.5 " carwash connection on plan page P1.2 needs its own RPZ backflow -IPC 608.1** there needs to be an additional RPZ Backflow on the car wash line separate from the RPZ on main water @ bldg entrance **

Resolved-6). Water line to mat wash needs RPZ backflow on plan page P1.2 - IPC 608.1

Resolved-7), Washing machine on plan pages P1.2 & P1.3 needs to be piped with hot water. -IPC 607.1
