Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). The following comment was not addressed in the latest submittal. Submittal is missing electrical plans showing wiring methods, conductor size and type, OCPD, panelboard schedule, etc. 1. Missing electrical plans. Switching from a gas water heater to an electric water heater is not considered a like for like replacement. Please resubmit your revision letter along with an electrical plan showing all purposed changes. Please remember this is a commercial project, requiring all plan documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional.
