1. It appears that the whole laundry room is being re wired and fitted with new electrical devices and lighting. This is determined because of the bold print for most devices, lighting and wiring. The scope of work submitted with the application and plans simply states, "Tenant Improvement to expand laundry”.

2.Also provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC, 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code, 2017 NEC, 2018 IBC section 1008 (Means of Egress Illumination) where applicable..

3. Why does the panel schedule make references to ‘Dwelling Unit’ in the branch circuits descriptions? Is this a ‘Dwelling Unit’ or a ‘Laundry facility’?
