The associated development package TD-DEV-0723-00296 is currently in revision and requires a Board of Adjustment variance to reduce the width of the required two-way parking area access lane from 30 feet to 24 feet. Zoning cannot re-stamp TC-COM-0823-02034 until variance case number C10-24-02 is granted, as well as until TD-DEV-0723-00296 is approved by all reviewers.
