This site is located in C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20), Multifamily is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Provide a height dimension on the alley side of the wall detail. Per UDC Article 6.4.4.B.1 For structures within six feet of a property line , the design grade used for measuring height is the lower of the two grades on each side of that property line . Perimeter walls are measured from the base of the wall that faces an adjacent property.
