The deferred submittal note indicates a fire sprinkler and fire alarm modifications will be provided. Coordinate the notes. (General note) 3. Sheet G00- Indicate if the drawings for the new walk-in freezer and cooler will be provided in a differed submittal or include the wall and ceiling details in the set. (General note) 4. Sheet A21- Provide dimensions for the depth of the small perpendicular walls in the cleaning area 105 on the sides of the mop sink and three compartment sinks on the drawing. (General note). 5. Sheet A21- Note on the drawings that the tenant fire separation will be maintained. Walls separating tenants shall be of a 1-hour fire rated assembly and shall act as a fire barrier. (2018 IBC 708.1.) 6. Sheet A22- The wall type located on both sides of the mop sink are indicated as W1a on the floor plan. The wall types indicated this is a non-rated wall that is partial height however the elevation at mop sink detail 9 appears to show full height walls. Coordinate the drawings. (General note). 7. Sheet A22- Provide a construction detail for both the partial and full height walls that are indicated to intersect with the existing storefront windows. Detail 4 indicates that the partition at the storefront will align with the window mullion however the floor plans show different. (General note). 8. Sheet A23- Provide an overall aisle dimension and indicate the wheelchair turning radius on the customer side of the service counter millwork. It appears there is sufficient room, however no dimensions were provided. (ICCA117.1 - 2009 304.3.). 9. Sheet I11- Indicate on the interior finish schedule notes that all interior finishes will be in accordance with 2018 IBC 803.1. (2018 IBC 803.1 Wall and ceiling finishes). 10. Indicate the drawings will be provided in a differed submittal as indicated in the general information on sheet G0.0. (General note). 2. Sheet E1.0- Indicate the approximate location of circuit A-17 (roof GFCI) that is within 25 feet of the new RTU on the plans. The requirement is noted in the power plans general notes, but the receptacle was not shown on the plans, only the RTU circuits. (2017 NEC 210.63.) 3. Sheet E2.0- Clarify what light fixtures are to be switched, the switch bank elevation does not appear to match the floor plans. (General note). 4. Sheet E2.0- Clarify if dual level switching will be used or in accordance with 2018 IECC C405.2.2.2 (2) as indicated in the luminaire schedule notes or if some other means of compliance will be used. The switch designations do not indicate dual switching nor occupancy sensors. (2018 ICC C405.2.). 5. Sheet E2.0- Provide occupancy sensors in the freezer and cooler. The lighting plan general notes indicate occupancy sensors for areas under 300 sf. and used for storage. (IECC 405.2.1). 6. Sheet E2.0- Indicate the location of all “night lighting” on the plans for egress illumination. All rooms and usable floor surfaces in a building shall be equipped with artificial lighting and shall be illuminated at all times that the space is occupied. (2018 IBC 1008.2.) The 3" Floor sinks connected the grease interceptor on plan page P1.0 can not have a DFU load less than 5. -IPC 709.4 (the 1.5" dfu value can't be used due to the indirect waste lines are not trapped they ae discharging to a 3" trapped floor sink.) 4). Gas water heaters on plan page P0.0 need shut off valves & sediment traps. -IFGC 408.4, 409.5 5). Beverage equipment water connections on plan page P1.0 need backflow devices that comply with -IPC 608.17.1 6).
