1. Sheet E0.0- The Fire Alarm System Note indicates the system is to be design/ build by the contractor. Indicate the drawings will be provided in a differed submittal as indicated in the general information on sheet G0.0. (General note).
2. Sheet E1.0- Indicate the approximate location of circuit A-17 (roof GFCI) that is within 25 feet of the new RTU on the plans. The requirement is noted in the power plans general notes, but the receptacle was not shown on the plans, only the RTU circuits. (2017 NEC 210.63.)
3. Sheet E2.0- Clarify what light fixtures are to be switched, the switch bank elevation does not appear to match the floor plans. (General note).
4. Sheet E2.0- Clarify if dual level switching will be used or in accordance with 2018 IECC C405.2.2.2 (2) as indicated in the luminaire schedule notes or if some other means of compliance will be used. The switch designations do not indicate dual switching nor occupancy sensors. (2018 ICC C405.2.).
5. Sheet E2.0- Provide occupancy sensors in the freezer and cooler. The lighting plan general notes indicate occupancy sensors for areas under 300 sf. and used for storage. (IECC 405.2.1).

1). The #458 Dump sink on plan page Q11 is for the #220 coffee & espresso machines. The Floor sink beneath this dump sink on plan page P1.0 will need to connect to the grease system. -Tucson Plumbing Code amendments
2). The 3" Floor sinks connected the grease interceptor on plan page P1.0 can not have a DFU load less than 5. -IPC 709.4 (the 1.5" dfu value can't be used due to the indirect waste lines are not trapped they ae discharging to a 3" trapped floor sink.)
4). Gas water heaters on plan page P0.0 need shut off valves & sediment traps. -IFGC 408.4, 409.5
5). Beverage equipment water connections on plan page P1.0 need backflow devices that comply with -IPC 608.17.1
6). Side wall to fixture center measurement needs to be added to enlarged restroom plan page A42. -IPC 404.2, 405.3.1
