1) Sheet s1.0 (Structural Notes): The notes specify that the plans are based on soil bearing of 2500 at only 1'-6" deep.

Please submit the geotechnical engineer report showing the soil bearing capacity below the footing depth. (2018 IBC section 1603.1.6)

2) Sheet x2.0 (Footing Sections): The pole light foundation does not specify the diameter. The wall footings are shown to be 3ft wide but the details on sheet s2.0 shows they are only 2'-6" wide. Please coordinate the correct footing size based on the actual soil bearing capacity. (2018 IBC section 107)

3) Sheet es101 (Electrical Site Plan): Keyed notes 7, 8, and 9 show new electrical equipment installed on the new CMU wall.

Please show the equipment and the transformer unistrut rack construction and anchoring to the wall. (2018 IBC section 107)
