1. A1.101- Provide a minimum of 18” on the latch side for door 4 from the equipment rm to the service bays. ICC A117.1 -2009 Figure 404.2.3.2. Spaces and elements within employee work areas shall be constructed so that individuals with disabilities can approach, enter, and exit the work area. 2018 IBC 1103.2.2. Comment addressed

2. A1.101- Provide details or notes indicating the minimum requirements for the new alternating tread stair. Note 16 indicates a specific manufacturer, however it is unknown if the device specified meets the minimum standards of 2018 IBC 1011.14. Comment addressed

3. A1.102- Clarify the distance from the top of the alternating stair to the wall at the top on the attic level floor plan. There is a minimum of 2’-11” is noted on the sides of the stair guards however the clear landing at the top is unknown. Comment addressed

4. A3.101- the building sections indicate that the attic storage area is to have a clear floor to ceiling height of 4’-7 ½”. To be used for storage, a minimum of not less than 7 feet is to be provided. Modify the drawings or remove the storage and occupancy from this area. 2018 IBC 1207.2. Comment partially addressed. The wall sections on sheet A4.102 still indicate storage in this area. Coordinate all drawings and details.

Second Plumbing review: Comments 2 & 3 remain
1). Resolved-On plan page G1.001-update the applicable codes to indicate the 2018 International Plumbing Code.

2). Unresolved-add Primary & overflow scupper detail to plan page A1.102 or A4.201 to show these are separate through wall scuppers at different heights. also if primary became blocked at parapet wall the separate secondary scupper is able to
function independently. This isn't clear on detail 1 roof plan or page A.4.201 -IPC 1106.5 , 1108

3). Now that civil utility plan page 7 has been supplied it does not correlate with the sewer & water locations shown on plan page P1.01 and utility page 7 does not illustrate the continuation of water or sewer. -IPC 106.3.1

4).Resolved- Lavatory faucet on plan page P0.01 needs to be the automatic type- Tucson plumbing code amendment 419.6

5). Resolved-Add fixture spacing measurements to plan page P1.01 -IPC 404.2, 405.3.1
