A1.102- Clarify the distance from the top of the alternating stair to the wall at the top on the attic level floor plan. There is a minimum of 2’-11” is noted on the sides of the stair guards however the clear landing at the top is unknown. Comment addressed 4. A3.101- the building sections indicate that the attic storage area is to have a clear floor to ceiling height of 4’-7 ½”. To be used for storage, a minimum of not less than 7 feet is to be provided.
