Provide the complete set or remove the civil drawings from the index. G1.001- Update the applicable codes to indicate the 2018 International Plumbing Code. A1.101- Provide a minimum of 18” on the latch side for door 4 from the equipment rm to the service bays. ICC A117.1-2009 Figure 404.2.3.2. Spaces and elements within employee work areas shall be constructed so that individuals with disabilities can approach, enter, and exit the work area. 2018 IBC 1103.2.2. A1.101- Provide details or notes indicating the minimum requirements for the new alternating tread stair. Note 16 indicates a specific manufacturer, however it is unknown if the device specified meets the minimum standards of 2018 IBC 1011.14. A1.102- Clarify the distance from the top of the alternating stair to the wall at the top on the attic level floor plan. There is a minimum of 2’-11” is noted on the sides of the stair guards however the clear landing at the top is unknown. A3.101- the building sections indicate that the attic storage area is to have a clear floor to ceiling height of 4’-7 ½”. To be used for storage, a minimum of not less than 7 feet is to be provided. Modify the drawings or remove the storage and occupancy from this area. 2018 IBC 1207.2.
