If the split system air conditioners were operational prior to 1/1/23, submit a letter to that effect along with a copy of the complete plan set and all supporting documentation (e.g. load calculations, Mech check, etc.) for approval. [Initial comment: Split System Air Conditioners (including ductless) that do not meet the current energy efficiency requirements (14.3 SEER2, 11.7 EER2) cannot be installed on or after January 1, 2023.
