1) Unresolved - Sheet G001 (Cover Sheet): Include the actual vs allowable area, height, and number of stories per 2018 IBC Chapter 5. The total building area is to include the patio dining area. 2018 Chapter 2 Building Area and Fire Area definitions.
Please detail if fire alarms are installed. The allowable area, height, and number of stories specified do not meet the limitations detailed in 2018 IBC Tables 504.3, 504.4, 506.2 for A-2 occupancy and non-sprinklered construction type V-B. The building data cannot reference the details in a set of plans under a different permit. Please include the building data in this set of plans. Include the sprinkler and fire alarm (if being installed) plans in the deferred submittal list. The occupant load
