1) Sheet G001 (Cover Sheet): Include the actual vs allowable area, height, and number of stories per 2018 IBC Chapter 5. The total building area is to include the patio dining area. 2018 Chapter 2 Building Area and Fire Area definitions. Please
detail if fire alarms are installed.

2) Sheet G002 (Life Safety & Plumbing Fixture Calculations) and G002.1 (Occupancy Load Plan): Floor areas have not been included in the occupancy calculations. The entire floor area for assembly use is to be used to determine the occupant load
of this space using the occupant load factor of 1/15sf for areas with tables and chairs and 1/5sf for standing areas which include the floor spaces that do not have tables or chairs such as the sales, waiting, and lobby areas. The condiment station
is not a mercantile use. Fixed seating is calculated per 2018 IBC section 1004.6. The "Workroom" is part of the "Beverage Prep" areas are to use 1/200sf factor for commercial kitchen occupancy. The office is 1/150sf and the break room is 1/15sf.
The patio dining area is also to be used in the occupancy calculations at 1/15sf. Please revise all affected sheets. (2018 IBC Table 1004.5, sections 1004, 1004.5, 1004.6 for fixed seating,

3) Sheet A005 (Patio Plans): Construction plans for the patio roof, support columns, footings, and roof drainage were not included in the plans. (2018 IBC section 107)

4) Sheet P-102 (Plumbing Drawings): Include the Drainage Fixture Unit calculations. (2018 IPC section 106.3.1)

5) Sheet P-401 (Plumbing Diagram): Please include the individual fixture waste pipe sizes. (2018 IPC section 106.3.1)

6) Sheet E-101 (Electrical Power Plans): Receptacles in the break room and kitchen within 6ft of sinks are not shown as being GFCI protected. (2017 NEC section 210.8(B))

7) Sheet E-102 (Electrical Lighting Plans): Lights are not shown in the patio dining area. (2018 IBC Section 1008.2) Please revise all affected pages.
