This comment is still applicable. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0423-00202. Although it appears the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage are consistent with the submitted development package, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until all review agencies have approved TD-DEV-0423-00202. Please note that the proposed shade canopy within the vehicular use area is not depicted on the development package drawings. The canopy is required to be included within the scope of work of the development package to be approved under TC-COM-0823-01925.
