Responses sent directly to Stantec will be ignored. Also, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please cloud and delta all changes and provide a letter with a written response to each of the comments indicating the action taken.

The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

General

1. New Comment: One of the primary changes to this project was to add an elevator equipment room, and the drawings have been revised to show this room. Further the room is shown as being separated from the rest of the facility with a 1-hour fire barrier. Please indicate that the elevator machinery room walls AND the floor ceiling assembly that separates this room from the rest of the facility are separated with a 1-hour horizontal assembly as required by 2018 IBC Sec. 3005.4, and further provide on the plans a detail and the listing information for this horizontal assembly.
