Golf Links Rd. – PAD-25 Personal Storage (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL: August 3, 2023 Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in PAD-25 (UDC 4.7.24), Personal Storage is an allowed use in the PAD. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0623-00271. Zoning was not able to verify proposed building heights as no height was provided on the DP. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.
