You added a Walk-in and Assembly Patio of which the previous building permit & certificate of occupancy did not have. Please submit complete set of drawings for these. 2. Your application mentions No New Work and your current Code Analysis mentions No Change from the previous restaurant configuration. However comparing the previous building permit and the current permit application uncovered the following square footage discrepancy: Kitchen old 828sf to new 836sf, Assembly Dining/Expo old 1452sf to new 1749sf, Bar old 160sf to new 175sf, Restrooms old 200sf to new 215sf. Please help me understand how this could happen without any new expansion to the existing spaces. 3. Your previous building permit and certificate of occupancy has 82 Occupant Load and this new application is expanding it to 240 without expansion of the existing spaces except for the new patio. 4. With the higher Occupant Load, provide in your Code Analysis the additional Plumbing Fixtures required. Show on your drawings the expansion of the restrooms to accommodate the additional fixtures. 5. With the higher Occupant Load, show in your parking calculation the additional parking stalls as part of your Code Analysis. On your Site Plan, show the additional parking stalls as well as the additional handicap stalls along with the sign on post and the striped accessible route. 6. Please make the necessary corrections and re-submit. |
