We propose the following: Subtract 224 sf (area the 4 benches sits on) from 1,433 gives you 1,209 sf / 15 gross = 81 occupants. We will agree with you on the 26 for the dining booth, we will agree with you on the 29 for the patio dining bench and we will agree with you on the 6 for the kitchen. This gives you a total of 142 Occupant Load. This is the closest we can get to your latest occupant load proposal. 4. Please note: we will not allow double dipping on the occupant calculation. 5.
