Please indicate that the automatic fire sprinkler system [2024 IBC Sec. 903] and fire alarm system [2024 IBC Sec. 907] are to be provided as part of this project and are to be submitted as a separate permit (not a deferred submittal). This comment applies to this project because space is being reconfigured. 2. Please provide a written scope of work on the plans. 3. Please show all existing fire rated assemblies on the plan. Clearly show egress path from the suite to the nearest building exit. 4. It appears that one suite is being divided into two suites. Please confirm, and if that is the case, please state that on the plans in the requested “scope of work”. 5. Provide a signage plan and details demonstrating that office identification signage and other signage identifying permanent rooms or spaces will be compliant with [ICC/ANSI A117.1-2017 Sec. 703 and 2024 IBC Sec. 1112.6].
