If any modifications to the existing roof framing are required to accommodate the added load, provide complete structural design and calculations prepared and sealed by an Arizona registered engineer. a. Structural Sheet S2.0 does not include the engineer’s calculations or a seal from an Arizona-registered design professional.
2. Please clearly show the routing and termination of the condensate drains from the new units. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024 as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Please indicate the roof slope on the plans and provide details of the platform serving the rooftop mechanical equipment, including guards complying with Section 304.11 and a platform complying with Section 306.5.1 of the 2024 IMC.
